She is the founder and creator of Salon CultureConversations which focuses on creating spaces for curated conversations and transformative dialogues.Sharon’s expertise now extends into cutting-edge artificial intelligence, where she has developed robustGenerative AI skills, translating this evolving technology into practical business applications that give her clients a distinct competitive advantage.Prior to starting The Sharon Harris Collective, she was the Chief Marketing Officer at Ascential DigitalCommerce, a leading platform that serves major brands in managing, optimizing and leveraging the power of digital commerce across all marketplaces. Prior to Ascential, she served as CMO at Jellyfish, a digital partner to some of the world’s leading brands including Uber, eBay, Disney, Spotify, Nestlé, Ford, Aviva and ASOS. At Jellyfish, Sharon oversaw international marketing strategy across 30 offices.Previously, Sharon served as VP, Alliance Relationships at Deloitte where she managed both the GoogleCloud Alliance and the Google Marketing Platform Alliance, which comprised over 4,000 practitioners across 40 countries. Prior to Deloitte, Sharon exceeded global mobile advertising business revenue targets at Microsoft, launching advertising on Microsoft Windows 8 Ads-in-Apps. She is active in her local community and works with several mentoring programs to support up and coming marketers. Sharon sits on the operating board of She Runs It, a non-profit organization that serves members who work in the marketing, media, and tech industries. The mission is to pave the way for more women of every identity, ethnicity and background to lead at every stage of her career, by delivering a robust calendar of programming that spans mentorship, leadership development, networking, and loan grants. She is a founding member of the Black ExecutiveCMO Alliance (BECA).BECA is a nonprofit, focused on providing an intimate, trusted, safe space for Black C-Suite executives to share, learn, elevate, and pay it forward in creating opportunities, access, and equality for the current and next generation of Black marketing leaders. She serves as Co-Chair of IGNITE National, a non partisan organization that encourages young women to actively engage in the political process.
